The human voice is one of the most powerful
healing tools we possess. A tool we
carry with us wherever we go. Our body
loves the sound of our own voice. The
toning of specific sounds can create a
bridge from the physical to the non-physical,
opening a direct experience of energy
systems that are beyond our normal daily
body awareness. It also helps raise
consciousness above the reactionary level
to the heart flow level where Divine
inspiration is clear and direct.
For many years I have been drawn to
sound because it felt good to take a
breath, exhale and make a sound for as
long as I could. This started at a very
young age and I would do my best to enroll
others in this practice. It was fun ! It was
not only fun it felt really good. You see in
my later years when I began to look into
what this life of ours is all about, I began to
realize that everything is vibration. There
is nothing in life that is not vibration. So of
course it would make sense that using my
own voice to make a sound, a vibration if
you will, felt good because I was using my
own vibration to connect with all that is.
Because this work is sacred, that makes it
profoundly serious as well as profoundly
joyful. When we realize that God (whatever
God means to you) is fun, is joy, is all
and everything good, we can then begin to
resonate with life on a very different level.
Sound can assist us in breaking through
blockages that have been within us for
years. Releasing these blockages and
using your own voice to make a joyful
noise can bring many benefits to ones life.
Benefits such as: deeper relaxation, stress
reduction, deeper and more profound
meditations, feelings of inner peace and
joy, shifts in consciousness, increased
clarity, these are just to name a few.
Over the past several years I have been
using this work with clients and also for my
own personal healing process which has
brought me much joy and inner peace.
