Album Notes

Denison Marrs hailed from Lakeland, FL. Their output as a band was around 5 years and included 4 full lengths, an ep, a 7" and some various compilations, and constant touring. After endless requests .......... this is the re-issue of their critically acclaimed second album "World Renown For Romance". It is what most any Marrs fan will site as their peak in creativity.


The record has great production, and most importantly great songs ! Their are some all out rock numbers mixed with some light electronics, and the ultra catchy "Let's Dance". It's lots of guitars, beautiful effects, and soaring melodies. For fans of Cursive, Failure, Year of the Rabbit, Anberlin, Futher Seems Forever, The Killers, Cold War Kids, etc.
