Album Notes

Dennis Driscoll is a singer and songwriter from the Pacific Northwest. He recorded these songs with the help of his friend Phan Nguyen at Nguyen's Olympia home in the year 2000.

The songs on this EP have a fun, simplistic, arrangement. For example, the track "Get Back To Sleep" (45 Vinyl Version) includes toy piano. The track "Brief Caucophany" (45 Vinyl Version) is simply an answering machine message with human voices making noise over the clicking of an antique New Year's Party Clicker.

As far as production goes, Driscoll did something kind of experimental. He took his own Record and played it onto his record player, which converted that sound into what you can now download digitally.

These songs are about love. They are pretty naive and poppy. Campy. The melodies are pretty classic and fun.
