In today's world of overlapping belief systems and cultures, DePhonic is an example of what happens when people from all walks of life decide to set aside their differences, share their talents and work towards a common goal.

"Our music is important to us as well as today's culture. It's music that reflects the time because we're trying to unite everyone under one banner. It's important for the youth of today to understand we can't make this world a better place unless we integrate our true thoughts, and we put our heart into everything that we do. We wouldn't be doing this as a band unless we loved it, and every time we get on stage we want to share that love, knowledge and respect for reality - what's really going on in today's world - with everyone else. We're not a cookie-cutter band, and we know there are issues that aren't being tackled such as poverty, hunger, and unjustified war... not just in our own country but around the world." explains front man Rev Legal.

Every day that passes brings us closer to the fate of our future. To lyricist June Hott, the fate of our future starts with today's reality.

"We are the generation of genius, but with no one to lead the pack. Why do you think there's so much anger out there? Why do you think there's so much injustice? I'll tell you why, because the messages are all wrong. We're not trying to sell you fantasy, we're just feeding you reality. Sometimes, it's hard to see the potential in the painting when you're inside of the frame. Even though it seems hopeless, we all have greatness within us. Some artistic, some spiritual, some lost, but will soon find a home when you find out who you are. Hopefully this music can be a compass on your road to greatness."
