"Desafinado is the real deal, a band who truly understands the music they play and have an uncompromising passion for their art."
- Buzz Magazine

“Despite their familiar name, Desafinado are way more than just a simple bossa cover band -- because the group draw from older Brazilian roots, but move their music into much more unusual territory -- a really personal blend of older instrumentation and fresh songwriting that's totally great.”
- Dusty Groove America
