Her words will move you, captivate you and take you to another level. Desirée Renée introduces a spiritual movement, with her own blend of spoken word, gospel, and inspirational music. Her dedication and commitment has been a process of growth and constant elevation.

Her progression throughout her innovative career stemmed from early involvement in arts as a child. It was at the tender age of 6, when she took an audience by storm with her electrifying performance. She was then aware of her musical talents and began to participate in various schools, community talent shows and church functions. She continued to gain recognition throughout her community, due to her successful accomplishments in talent competitions. As her reputation grew, her confidence soared and this ignited a "musical love affair".

Growing up in Queensbridge, New York, Desirée Renée was exposed to diverse aspects of artistic culture. As she began to map out her own 'rhythmic direction', she met two aspiring artists and the threesome later formed a gospel rap group, called DMD. The trio found their 'harmonious flow' ministering and performing throughout the New York tri-state area. Although short-lived, DMD had a successful musical career. Following her faith, her heart and her soul, Desirée Renée decided to branch out on her own. She has developed her own signature style and has become a multi-faceted force with powerful skills in songwriting, singing, poetry, and co-production.

Desirée Renée has been embraced by her musical peers and accepted by her supportive fans. Her unique appeal creates a HIGH demand for musical appearances. Her collaborations with various gospel artists have set the stage for phenomenal success. She has performed with Nancy Jackson (Harmony/Sony Records) on a remix entitled, "Free" and debuted on Marty Grace's (Interscope Records) "Sold Out 2 Christ", which showcases her increasing popularity.
