dete has spent the last 2 years working on this project, and brought in friends and family to help complete. While there are many traditional Christmas songs on the release, you will also find some original compositions from dete ("only begotten" and "come home with me"). Those familiar with dete's past catalog will find this release fits easily alongside past music. While the release is reflecting the Christmas story of Christ's birth, the listener will find this is not a strictly seasonal release - many are finding the music enjoyable throughout the year.
