Deuce oo7 is a project lead by longtime collaborators Joseph \"Wize\" Postell and Chesney Snow. Joesph creates most of the music and Chesney creates most of the lyrics with both dabbling to in each area to create a style that is uniquely theirs. Deuce oo7 is a reference to the wizard John Dee. Joseph musical brainchild of the duo has worked with many notable artists engineering for Faith, Mobb Deep, Gordan Chambers, Jimmy & Mario Henchmen, Ron Lawrence, D Dot, KRS, Shabba, Big Daddy Kane, Groove Theory, MC Lyte, EZ Mo Bee, Jessie D. Production credits include Tina Moore(BMG RCA) ’97, Sweet T(SUGA), Lorenzo (Musicmind/Universal). Chesney is the writer of the duo and is a veteran stage performer. He was most notably featured as a guest artist for Diamond selling European recording artist Kayah\'s MTV Unplugged which was certified gold in 2007. He performs regularly in many of New York City\'s most acclaimed music venues and is internationally known for his beatboxing abilities. The Deuce oo7 project entitled \'As One\' is a collection of the group\'s musical collection featuring an international roster of talented recording artists including Shakti, Reese, and one of Hip Hop\'s most notable female emcees Eternia. The song Dragonfly became an internet hit in 2008 reaching #1 on AOL\'s Ourstage Experimental Charts in March 2008. The hit song Dragonfly garnered the group a loyal fan base online and continues to attract music lovers to their sound.
