Album Notes

The new cd 'Ta Da' by Jennie DeVoe is defined and deliberate in its style.

Her voice is a blend of blues and grit with a songwriting style that is free-spirited but well-crafted enough and produced so well you will be able to place this in your cd changer along with Fiona and Beth Hart.

There's no style-stealing either, nor is there an identity crisis in Jennie's vocal delivery, although she shares qualities of some of the top names, she cannot be mistaken for them as she has found her own voice by following her own path.

If you like blues/folk and pop with a good edge to it, you'll love this new cd! Promise!

Jennie Devoe has delivered the goods (greats) in her sophomore effort, simply titled, 'tada.' Well, let's see if the album lives up to the title: *Come Down-- okay...two words...awesome opening! I mean, the song rocks--but the very beginning gives you the vibe for the song....***** *Away-- oh my goodnes...there couldn't be a more fun, loving, gravely song...totally rocks. *How I Feel-- Well, it won an award for the best pop song at the John Lennon song writing contest...someone say tada? *Feel It out loud-- sweet, gets to the point..great vocals. love the song Well, I've only showed you a handful of tracks from the record...but i hope that it has PROVED to you that this effort is an awesome sequel to Does She Walk On Water. Go get this CD!
