Darwin G. Jackson has been in music ministry for over 20 years. He is multi-talented as a pianist, saxophonist, and bassist. He is also a gifted songwriter and an anointed praise and worship leader and producer. As a saved, anointed minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ, Darwin impacts the body of Christ with music that inspires the believer, convicts the sinner, and pricks the heart of the backslider.

Darwin has shared the stage with such artists as Bishop Walter Hawkins, Daryl Coley & Kirk Franklin and has played for the likes of Shirley Ceasar, James Moore and Karen Clark-Sheard. In his heart, ministry is not taken lightly. "I believe that if you give God a life, He will give you a ministry", says Darwin. "After the song has ended, and the lights are off, it takes the power of the Word of God to sustain us, whether it's through the spoken word or through music ministry".

This CD, Bless the Name of Jesus, is a tapestry of various flavors of music, including traditional, praise and worship, contemporary, ballads and even wedding songs for the saints. "My purpose is to bless the body of Christ", says Darwin.
