David Goode grew up in Trenton New Jersey, born into a life where music was everything. His father who is a keyboardist and guitarist kept him in studios as a boy with “old time players” who indirectly trained his ear. Not completely understanding the depth of this training then, now D. Goode has taken what he’s learned from his father and music friends to develop his own style incorporating the old and new.
Goode’s natural ability to write mature and intimate lyrics allow him to capture the minds and hearts of his fans throughout the tri-state. His local buzz in Philly, Jersey, Delaware, and Baltimore, are growing because of his work with multi-platinum songwriter/producer Sean Bryant, platinum producers Midi Mafia of 50 Cent’s 21 Questions, Marlin Bonds a.k.a Hook Man, Trenton Producer PJ Little of Hard Life Entertainment, StationOne Entertainment of Washington D.C, and Rah Productions of Philly.
D. Goode has shared the stage with the likes of Floetry, Goapele, and Raheem Devaugn. D. Goode has also been featured on DJ Amaze's "THE BEDROOM SESSION" and "THE SESSION." He is also featured on the EONE Jamaica awareness benefit CD and DJ Plexx's R&B mixtape. This is RnB music's new sensation, he is D. Goode.
