Album Notes

Diana Meyer is an 18 year old singer who plays kick-ass electric guitar. She has been singing and playing since she was 10. In 2003, when she was still in high school, Diana answered an ad for a "punk-pop singer" placed in a music trade publication by Seattle- based music producer Jim Wolfe. They met several times in California, and then, after graduating from high school, Diana traveled to Seattle to work on this CD with Jim. She lived in the Seattle area for about half a year and worked with many other Seattle-based singers and musicians. After the CD was finished, Diana moved back home to put her band together. She found 3 excellent musicians in Orange County, near her home, and started playing Southern California clubs in January, 2004.

Diana and Jim wrote all the songs on her CD except track 10, "I Wanna Be Sedated", which is a Ramones cover. Both Diana and Jim thought there ought to be a group that rocked like Blink 182, or Good Charlotte, or Sum 41 that was fronted by a female guitar player/singer. Now there is. We hope you enjoy the music.
