Album Notes

In April 2009, a rock band from San Jose, CA, sold out The Viper Room for their Hollywood debut show. Two years later, after opening for bands such as Aerosmith and ZZ Top, Diamond Lane is on the brink of premiering their new album, "World Without Heroes."

The band, fronted by singer Brandon Baumann and lead guitar player Jarret Reis, is straight up rock. Since their 2009 debut performance, Diamond Lane has played various prestigious shows, including the Sunset Strip Music Festival two years consecutively. With bass player Ray Zhang and their newest member, drummer Jonah Nimoy, Diamond Lane has created an album that embraces the fundamentals of rock n roll, while implementing a unique sound of their own.

World Without Heroes gives both modern and hard rock music fans a reason to celebrate. The radio friendly songs, such as “City of Sin,” “All the Pretty Things” and “Never Going Home,” are in company with heavier tracks like “Heaven’s Falling” and “Needle Down,” which showcase the band's hard-hitting side. Big league riffs, monstrous drumming, and powerful vocals are all a part of Diamond Lane's rock solid repertoire. This album is certain to thrill its audience and gain the interest of anyone looking for a fresh sounding rock band.

simply put, this album is what is missing from today's music scene.....I actually had to check myself and make sure this wasn't an album of remakes...hell no..it's balls to the wall rock n' roll!!!!.."All rebels welcome" grabs you the way an album opener should..and starts you on a guitar infused trip through chaos and mayhem...!..keep up the great work...
