Privileged to attend four of Diana Winston\'s meditation classes at UCLA, I find her CD equally life-enhancing and appropriate for either beginners or for those of us who\'ve studied with her. The CD resonates with Diana\'s personality and even-mindedness. She really walks the talk, not just in her walking meditation, and I\'ve recommended her classes and this CD to many friends.
