An outstanding album

This is an excellent album and deserves to become widely known - believe me. It's not mainstream, or even easy, but it is subtly textured, moody, reflective and stunningly crafted. Lyrics, instrumentation, vocals and blues-jazz-soul tinged arrangements are all first class. It's one of those albums to listen to alone, late in the evening. It will make you happy to be sad, even mellow to be happy.
