Album Notes

Nashville songwriter, Dick Feller, wrote the John Denver hit, "Some Days Are Diamonds (Some Days Are Stone)." He also co-wrote the "millon airplay" song, "EastBound And Down" from the movie, "Smokey & The Bandit." Johnny Cash had a # 1 hit single with Feller's tune, "Any Ol' Wind That Blows."

Dick's own recordings, "The Credit Card Song" and "Makin' The Best of A Bad Situation" were both chart toppers. The Feller tune, "Lord, Mr Ford" was a #1 smash hit! "Biff, The Friendly Purple Bear" continues to be a much requested song at Dick Feller solo concerts.

Feller wrote with Lewis Grizzard, the late, Atlanta humorist, and was the opening act for the "Evening With Lewis Grizzard" stage show. "Alimony" is a Feller/Grizzard song.

Dick Feller songs have been recorded by such artists as: Ray Stevens, Jerry Reed, Mac Davis, Tex Williams, Lee Greenwood, Ed Bruce, The Kingston Trio, Burt Reynolds, Julie Andrews, Hank Thompson, and many, many, other top performers.

Coming to Nashville from Missouri by way of Los Angeles and New York City, Dick Feller has carved out a solid niche of his own from the hardwood of comporary American music.

"Cenatur of Attention" is the latest collection of great songs from a unique songwriter. Each CD is personally autographed by the artist.

Dick, are you still here?

This guy was amazing to me for so many years. The finger-style guitar players seem to be few and far between, and to have this recording available (I've had a copy from CD Baby for several years now) is nothing short of miraculous. It is my wish that Mr. Feller is still able to play and sing. Sure would love to see him in person again soon!

Very entertaining. I was looking for a long time for one particular song. Every song on this CD is hilarious and relates so closely to what we all would like to be able to say about everyday life. Thanks for the entertainment.

I never knew who had sung some of these songs, but I remembered hearing them when I was a kid. I used to listen to KMON out of Gt. Falls MT . Miss Nancy Ann\'s Hotel was always a favorite , but I hadn\'t heard it in years. Thanks it\'s a kick. The CD is in great shape too.
