Relaxing and fun "Hands-on" meditation!

I ordered this on a whim, not knowing if I would enjoy it, as it sounded rather romance-novel-like, which it is. However, it is also charming and relaxing and tiptoes around the edges of fantasy, tickling your imagination, without really intruding. Listening to the samples does give a very good sense of the tone. (Target audience definitely seems to be women!) I thought this might kind of creep me out, but instead, it is quite pleasant. My only complaint is a bit too much emphasis (for me) on self-esteem issues--one can enjoy the touch of quiet hands without needing a build-up too. But overall, I enjoyed it.
