D.I.E. (Digital Intelligence Extreme) is a collaboration of Simone Margoles & Davide Paterno who have worked together on music projects since 1996. Inspired by phat beats, high-tech gear, transformation and unity of our culture, D.I.E. possesses a similar sound and structure to live dance bands like: VNV Nation, KMFDM, NIN, Front 242, Assemblage 23, Ministry, and Dead or Alive.

The duo has played for large events like ILM, Lucas Film parties, Sega, SF Transgender March, LA and SF Pride 2008, Folson Street Fair and various other California venues including Dragon Fly, Opium Den, The Gig (LA), DNA Lounge, Red Devil Lounge, El Rio (SF), The Box (Santa Cruz), and many other crazy parties! Former band names include Metallic Pus, Tekrah, and Androgenous Androids as well numerous DJ gigs.

D.I.E. Live usually has one or two additional musicians, Trashina Cann, the electronic percussionist and Adrian, our guitarist, who plays unstoppable riffs! Watch D.I.E. Live and come alive!
