Rhythm and Harmony are the best terms to describe the sound and style of my music My name Merice Dieubon also known simply as “Merice,” I sing Haitian Gospel Creole, with a unique blend by combining the two most popular French Creole Christian sounds & today’s traditional and contemporary Haitian Gospel songs, is followed by smooth vocals and harmonies, enchanting melodies, and Uplifting rhythms that are sure to captivate the senses.


Bio

Through his music, Merice reveals much about himself and his past. The more you listen to the lyrics, the closer you come to understanding the message. Merice‘s love of Christian Music grew to include a new-found respect for traditional Haitian creole gospel music.

At the age of 12 in the Pentecostal Church of God in Porta-Prince Haiti Merice perfected his vocals singing in many church events. Now 21 Merice is ready to show his gift god bestowed his voice. Influenced by every Haitian musical genre. These influences can be heard in his melodies, musical arrangements, and style of singing.

Merice always fascinated with songs that appeal to both emotional and mental senses. Songs Merice fell in love with, like Haitian bands such as Sodonix (Haiti), which opened up a whole new world for him. Today, Merice enjoys the sounds of Contemporary Gospel Songs. As you grow to know him, you begin to realize that his style is a reflection of many great musicians of the past and present. And so, Merice cordially invite you into the world of Merice Dieubon to share his life and to experience what will truly a long journey in praising his name.
