What does a sister do to fulfill her late brother's wish? Well, if that sister is Boston singer/songwriter Sharon DiFronzo, then she gathers up her years of experience, a great producer & musicians, plus everything in her heart and soul, and records her own album.

I'm addicted to this CD

I ordered this CD not knowing what to expect, but I liked the description. Most of the CD's I buy these days end up on a shelf, since I like only 1-2 cuts. But this one is different - it is a hidden gem. I play it almost every day in my car, honestly. I'd highly recommend it and I love this woman's voice and delivery.

A true gem of a CD!!

Here is one of my favorite singer/songwriters and one heck of a nice person too! This lady sings with a voice that just rocks!! In fact, I wouldn't even classify her as "country," so much as "pop/rock" or at least "country rock." When she sings a song, she just wrings out all it has in it; just pure emotion. My favorite tracks on here? All of them. :-) Tracks destined for the Favorite Songs list? "Don't Give Your Heart Away", "High Expectations", "Comin' And Goin'", "Now She Can Have You", Through Space And Time", and a song that has MOTOWN written all over its sound, "What's Goin' On." I can think of many R&B artists who would love to have recorded this song. And having said that, I guess I've picked my favorite, huh?

This is the most incredible and heartfelt CD I've ever heard or purchased. I never go anywhere without this CD. It's my security blanket!! Whenever someone rides in my car for the first time....I pop this CD in and they fall in love with it just I have. I too bought this CD unheard and now I thank my stars I took the chance. I've played it so much....it's becoming worn. I need a new one!!! Anytime I feel down....I just listen to this and I rise to cloud 95!!! Sharon has an unbelievably clear and crisp voice. When she sings, she transforms you to another time and place..when things were innocent and simple. Move over....Babs, Cher, Madonna........Sharon is HERE!!!!!!!!
