When a multidisciplinary group of musicians and poets
gets together to create a piece of art, you would
expect both ear and mind candy, That is what Digable
Cat delivers with its latest offering, Letters From
My Dreams.
The new album by Digable Cat “Letters from my Dreams” has been in the making since June of 2005. That’s when the band went into Electric Garyland Studios for the first time to record with Gary Yek. With past members having gone on to form new projects, founding members Gregg Mandel & Nathan Syfrig reformed the band with Romanian born singer/songwriter and “pop star” Alina Giurgiu. Alina had been nominated for MTV Romania awards in 2002 and sold over 50,000 units with her previous band, Jais. Also added to this new lineup are drummer, Dr. Brad, guitarist Ritch Valadez and bassist Dylan Schwartz. This album unlike any other Digable Cat recording is a complete collaborative effort with all of the members having a hand in the writing and it’s reflected in many of the styles presented.

Letters From My Dreams is the best Digable Cat CD yet! It's got songs for all my moods! The lyrics are very relatable and that lead guitarist is amazing!
