It's not easy

To bring out emotions that for a long time only the Cure could do, and on top of that still have your own identity, thats not easy. I love the first song how the haunting guitar comes in.

A Stormy Life
author: Deila
I had originally bought this CD for one song in particular, Things I Say, never really believing that the complete CD would be as ridden with my thoughts and feelings as it is. Every song is a reminder of a time and place in my life, and I've never had any particular singer touch me with every word they sing. I hope America gets a clue and gets Dimbodius over here!!!

One of the best CDs I've ever heard.
author: R L
Having heard some of Dimbodius's earlier work on mp3.com, I had no doubts that this CD would be great. But when I first heard it, I was unable to stop listening. I hear The Cure, Ultravox, A-Ha, the Psychedelic Furs.... Since The Cure hasn't put out a decent album since Bloodflowers, Dimbodius is more than ready to take their place in my CD collection. I've been wanting to hear music like this for many years.
He should be signed! Today!

The cure meets depeche mode and turns angst ridden synth into perfection
author: Kristin Hummel-Sauerwein (aka Kristin Scott)
A friend told me about this CD, and after listening to one clip on CD.BABY, I knew I had to have it. The vocals are raw, angst-ridden and powerful. I felt like I was listening to vintage Robert Smith on one of his early dark albums; "Primary" came to mind immediately. Since this is his first full album, I can only hope others discover this gem and a second album is on the horizon. Definitely a top 5 pick for 2004!
