In a time when the landscape of the music industry has become a dried up desert where only the prickliest of cactus survive The Dirty Pictures Shuttin Out the World is a true oasis. It’s an 11 track journey that takes you full circle true the scope of human emotions with lots of wit, charm and good old fashioned talent as companions along the way.
The understated bass lines on tracks such ask Human, Don’t Give Up and Out There perfectly carry the haunting vocal that is reminiscent of Nick Cave at his finest.
On What if angelic guitars carry us on their wings to a place we all know so well while the dream like keyboards of the title track and Same Again give us hope that we can stay there.
It’s impossible to pin point one song, lyric or note that define the pleasure that is listen to this album. The Dirty Picture Shuttin Out the World is a thing of truly rare musical beauty. A must have for the collection of any true music fan. Surely it is only at matter of time before The Dirty Pictures are sitting proudly on the top shelf of the music world.

this too if you like instrumental music, and if you like songwriting.
Don't be a dumb dumb, just go and buy it.

Comparisons to artists such as Nick Cave, The Walkabouts & Sun Kil Moon are likely but the Dirty Pictures are a band blazing their own trail, with feeling......
