Album Notes

Daniel James Boyd (D.J.), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. Having been submersed in music at a very young age, the first language of this trilingual singer, songwriter, producer, is music. D.J. inherited a strong musical foundation from his family and has continued to hone his skills ever since. An early foundation in music, along with his extraordinary vocal, songwriting, and producing talent, places D.J. among the most promising Pop/Hip Hop and R&B talents of the future.

Some of D.J.'s credits include:
-AMERICAN IDOL 5 (Semi-Finalist)-Was in the top 70 of 100,000
-UTAH AMERICAN IDOL-appeared on FOX 13.
-USA WORLD SHOWCASE (First Place)-Adult Singing/Songwriting division

While gaining exposure through the media, tours, showcases, various competitions and performances: D.J. continues to write, record, and produce on a daily basis. D.J. has already released his first album entitled "D. Boyd-SoundSity" which is selling overseas. Currently, D.J. has just finished his second album entitled "D.J. Boyd-The Music" which was released through indie label "Big Fedi Records" in February of 2006. The album includes hit singles such as; "Can't Stop featuring Chino4real of Big Fedi and Kaotic from Verbal Assasins", the crossover spanish hit "Dime que soy amado-featuring Jeffe of Self Expression Music" and the hit remix "Move Your Ass-featuring Kaotic" from the original hit song Rapper's Delight (A/K/A) "GOOD TIMES" written by Nile Rodgers and Bernard Edwards.

The singer/songwriter is also a college graduate from the University of Utah and is anticipating entering the field of "Entertainment Law".
