Dj Dujour was born to Haitian mother and father. He came to the U.S as a young boy with his parents, brothers and sisters, and resided in Roanoke (aka the Star City) Virginia. Roanoke is currently his home, and it is where he basically grew up. He was born during a time when music was becoming very popular in the world. He grew up listening to different varieties of music. Music has always been part of his life, and ever since he was a child he has always loved music. Therefore, music has been one of his main passions in life. When he came to the U.S, it did not take him long to discover and adapt to the American way of life. At that time, he discovered Hip Hop music and quickly fell in love with the culture. It was about ten years ago when he discovered his talent in music; as a result, he started to write, compose, and produce his own music. At the same time, being a DJ was something that he discovered while listening to legendary DJs like Mix Master Mike, X-Ecutioners, Q-Bert, DJ Kool, Grandmaster Flash, Funkmaster Flex, DJ Clue, and many more. His love for music and the inspiration of legendary DJs lead him to be where he is today.
