Dj Polywog, a veteran innovator from the bay area's scene since '91, has had the honor of being tour dj for Jane's Addiction, Lollapalooza, The Warped Tour and has opened for such artists as: Lee Scratch Perry, Grand Wizard Theodore,Ozzy, Ludacris, Crystal Method, Tricky, Primus, Beck, Devo & Spearhead. After her appearance in the movie "Groove," she has headlined events around the globe, from Manila to Peru, Hawaii to Mexico. Her debut album, Sonichameleon, is finally ready! Polywog created this sonic fest with the co-production and engineering talent of some of the bay area's finest producers: Tyler Stone, Ces One, Frogger, Shranny and Markie, with mastering by the legendary Jonah Sharp.
The album showcases a range of styles, from west coast break beats, to house, hip hop, spoken word, ambient and techno- just like her ground-breaking dj sets. Also out now is the fierce dance single titled "Bump," co-written with Mikael of Mephisto Odyssey and Z-Man, with mixes by Hot Pink Delorean and Fantastadon. Rockon!!!!!
