Sculptor Dorothy Bosco's (1923-2006), observations of the healing effect of light and color on the Chakras, Body, Mind and Spirit over the past 25 years, inspired her to design
the neon sculpture "VIBRATIONS" and write the copy for the open eye guided meditation you will hear on this CD.

The chakra system is a part of the ancient and lost mysteries as old as the earth itself. It is an energy system which keeps body and mind and spirit alive and healthy. The word chakra comes from the Sanskrit word meaning "wheel of light". It is viewed by those who can see auras as a spinning vortex of electromagnetic energy, each with its' individual color of the rainbow. It is through these chakras that we experience life, perceive reality, and relate to ourselves, to others and to the world.

As you meditate on the vibrant neon color frequency of each chakra, you will hear the sound of the musical note that corresponds with that particular chakra. You will be told of the effect that each chakra has on you body, mind and spirit, followed by affirmations that correspond with the energy of that chakra.

The vibrational energies of the brilliant neon colors will allow your spiritual energy to ascend up the kundalini pathway through your seven main chakras to your crown center. Each chakra along the path must be unblocked to succeed in integrating the higher spiritual forces into the physical body.

The angelic harp music in the background will release stress and lift your spirits. This meditation will boost your self esteem, raise your consciousness, and heal your heart and body while balancing and aligning your chakras with Love and Light.
