De La Vega : Innovation
Log in to add to your wishlist
Spit rock with a hip-hop influence is one way I'd describe De La Vega. Some acoustic songs as well. De La Vega plays diverse styles of music innovating their own unique sound. Comparable to Sublime, 311, Incubus, old BEP, Rage Against The Machine.

De La Vega is an aggressive and motivated band with influences drawn from an extremely diverse spectrum. A knack for strategic and effective marketing has become an intricate part of the band's success thus far. 950 people attended DLV's first show, and that number has only increased to numbers of more than 12,000. Having played Warped Tour 2004, Utah's famed "Big Ass Show"(with Hoobastank, Sum 41, Papa Roach, Goldfinger, Lost Prophets, and others), dates in Mexico, and recently touring with The Presidents of the United States of America, De La Vega is on a roll. Listen on MTV's "Score", XBOX 360's "AMPED 3", Fox's "Blue Torch", FX's "The Shield", Regal Cinemas "Wide Screen Radio", Frontier Airlines, Alticity 1 and 5, The Sand Crusades, and DPC Films for De La Vega tunes!!!

Impressive

This is a very interesting cd. Every track is really different but as a whole it makes sense. I'd put them somewhere in the realm of RHCP's, RATM, Sublime, and Incubus (older stuff anyway).
