Someone said, “He’s so smooth he sounds like he’s singing his poem.” To his credit, D.Moss has had that effect on live audiences. He’s mastered the art of romancing a studio mic to the point that the vibe emanates and infects anyone who listens to his latest project: AFTER MIDNIGHT…
Produced by Jarreau Pitts of Beat City productions, one of the hottest producers in the country, this album is a must have, not just for lover’s of smooth romantic poetry, but for anyone looking for that perfect joint to vibe to. J.Pitts has mastered a sound undeniably created for the poetic flow.
Released only to the New England market, this Album, has sold out in numerous outlets in the Connecticut / Massachusetts market and has managed to receive radio play on a number of terrestrial and internet radio stations across the country.
D.Moss has a number of tracks backed by the heavy hitting vocalist, Heshima, on “After Midnight, Secret Love, and Raindrops." The silky smooth “Lover’s Prayer” is backed by (mark my words) future superstar vocalist Amore’.
D. has performed at various venues through out the northeast and has performed on the same stage as renown bestselling authors, poets, singers, and musicians.
D. Moss, a working writer known throughout the New England for his poetry, essays, community activism and his delivery of the spoken word was born with a passion for words, knowledge and information; Inspired by his Caribbean heritage and love of political history.
D took to the pen and the microphone, to share his political and social views, to focus on the strength and resiliency of women and his faith in the future, to discuss the plight and challenges of our youth.
Born to the daughter of Antigun immigrants and the son of a southern farmer, D. Moss draws his influences from soul music, spirituals, poetry, and life in general.
Tracks from The After Midnight CD has been featured on podcasts and websites in over 10 countries and has received rave reviews from numerous on-air radio personalities.

Excellent Project
author: Edwin Hoffler, New England Soul
The problem with purchasing poetry oriented CD projects is that most poets have no clue about production, arrangement, etc., however this project is so well put together that I have problems referring to it as a poetry CD. I was just so impressed with the entire presentation that I highly recommend this to anyone pondering upon this purchase and strongly urge consumers to support projects of this kind.
Great Job D.Moss, when I first received the CD in the mail, I discarded it, thinking it not worthy of my time. I apologize, my regret is that I didn't listen to it sooner.
