Album Notes

Urban Tapestry is a Toronto-based filk/folk trio consisting of Allison Durno, Jodi Krangle, and Debbie Ridpath Ohi. Our songs have been aired on Dr. Demento, CBC radio and Prairie Celidh, and we've performed concerts in England, Germany, the U.S. and Canada.

This is our first CD and second album, a studio recording in which songs range from the serious to outright silly. Funny and moving

By far my favorite song is Starsoul, but there are a lot of songs on the CD that are funny and moving. I hope to hear more from this group in the future!

Good stuff!

Catchy, and a lot of fun. I had the refrain of 'Technonerdboy' running through my head for a good three days straight after my first listen, and even after that it didn't get old.
