The Dolmen started back in the 90's when it was uncool to play a real instrument and Dj's ruled the world.
Coming from the Dorset outback of Southwest England the band was subjected to such wonderous titles as Carrot Crunchers Sh*t kickers etc..
Relentless the The Dolmen cut its bones on the pub circuit and into the festivals speading their Dorset moonshine across the land.
Eventually they took 200 of to go the big party, 300,000 bottles later they turned up again 18 months ago with anew album Dolmen Folk.
There is nothing nice about the Dolmen they are raw,the men folk ugly and the women are beautiful.
They have been reviewed as a combination of loose attitude arse kicking musical hooligans.
Playing along side bands as the famous Jethro Tull,Shane Mcgowans band The Popes,The Dolmen provide a show full of passion screams and honest torn from the soul music.
They are what you see and dont pretend otherwise.

At present they are about to release a new Album called
Ah Ry Ah an old term for party.
You will see the band if you around Stonehenge on the Solstice's,quite often beating a drum whilst leading a convoy of robed Druids.
Its also worth a mention that The Dolmen composed the anthem to the biggest global vote in the history of mankind.
This was to vote a NEw 7 Wonders of the World.
Their song was funny enough that just happened to be called the New 7 Wonders of the World recieved some staggering hits,The song can be heard on the official site
