DONALD E. WINSOR has performed all over the world on tours, regional theatre, off-broadway, films, television, cruise ships, and concert work. Favorite roles include turns as both The Beast and Gaston in DISNEY’S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, Anatoly in CHESS, Chauvelin in THE SCARLET PIMPERNEL, Harold Hill in THE MUSIC MAN, HAMLET for the Virginia Shakespeare Festival, and Pilate in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. Don can be seen in the films MARS ATTACKS, KANSAS CITY, and IRON-JAWED ANGELS. As a director, Don has worked for Jenny Wiley Theatre, Richmond Shakespeare Festival, and has created revues for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Don’s produced work as a playwright includes SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS and MARTIN AND OLIVE.
Don also has carved out a niche for himself with international concert and luxury cruise work. He performed as a part of Regent Seven Seas groundbreaking ON A CLASSICAL NOTE series in Europe, and has enjoyed work as a cabaret artist and concert headliner on a number of different cruise lines.
