This CD is a journey staring in Craven Terrace the Projects of New Bern, NC. and traveling around the world and back to the place I find my solace “In My Room” I invite you to travel with me as I tell this part of my life in songs. This CD takes you to the place where you have traveled when you get in a new relationship, then want out. “In My Room” takes you through the “new love phase, the real love phase, the cheating, and then the separating phase.” There are 19 songs for you to listen too and enjoy. There is something here for the couples, the singles or “just friends” types, and the long lasting relationships you know the “Strong Real Love type.” Check it out.
To those of you who have reviewed this CD and especially the ones who have gone the distance and purchased it . . . Thank you. This is the first DKNB and I are already starting the next one so please keep your eyes and ears open for it. 252 562 9114. Love D-Mac

To everyone who listened to this CD “Throw Your hands Up!” ‘cause like D-Mac Says “Born and raised in New Bern, NC, he’s (DK) from Trent Court, me (DM) I’m from Craven Terrace" these are not just lyrics it the truth. This is only the beginning; look out for the rest of the crew on mixed tapes coming soon. Peace Dark Fvada

Truthful

I was able to get a small glimpse of the artist personally. Although this is his freshman album, I think the artist has captured on many of his songs the true urban, soulful sexuality that people long to hear but only do and discuss behind closed doors. He makes you want to love, sneak the forbidden fruit and party all at once. My favorites are Up-N-down, Throw your hands up, In my room, Stello Keepin Secrets, Time-N-Distance, Blow taht smoke, Door Bell Ding Dong, My # is 969-96-6969. Truthfully...I like the album but it feels as if the quality was rushed. Example: On some songs the music over powers the artist's vocals, some songs the vocals seem pitchy and off beat. For the most part, the engineering on most of the songs is fair. Again, this was a freshman album and the artist has lots of experience to add to his next album. I applaude you for dreaming and following it!
