After two years of independently releasing demos/albums, (along with the split of Absolute Proof) D.One signed to Greede Records out of Boston/N.Y. The label was headed by producer J.Greede, who had already signed artists Lace Payne, Evic, 14 yr. old Freshton Flav and female singer Paris Azelle. Over the course of the year (2002/2003) The Greede Family performed around the N.E. area promoting their upcoming compilation "J.Greede Presents...All About the Music Vol.1". They packed venues including The Paradise & Big Easy (Boston), Middleast & Western Front (Cambridge), Milky Way (Jamaica Plain),Goodtimes (Sommerville), Sydneys (Lawrence) and more. The Greede Fam was also invited to perform/freestyle on WERS 88.9 on JayCeeoh's show including a set during Live Music Week.
Greede also connected with Jalbert Productions out of NY and got three of D's songs featured on NBC's new extreme sports show "Whiplash T.V", which was aired prime time in 70 million homes across the country.
D.One broke from the label and worked with the Scratchismz Crew, Lace Payne, and Burna for the release of his debut solo album "DVISIONE" & the Evolvement Clothing single "Chilln',Chillin'".
Since the album's release D.One has hooked up with the legendary Drew Stone (directed music videos such as Onyx "Slam" , Biggie, Eric B and Rakim, Fat Joe, and recently MTV True Life: I Live to Ride) to make an exclusive track for Stone's new streetbike film: "Urban Streetbike Warriors 3" .
D.One has also received consistant spins on Boston's WERS 88.9 , WFNX and JAMN 94.5 Launch pad Show with Geespin.
