DR.E
author: Justice Richardson
Dr. E is an amazing artist from Cleveland, Ohio. I have been a long time of Dr. E's vocal talents and show performances. Showing independence, confidence and a strong sense of womanhood in her songs Dr. E is taking the indie world by storm. Songs such as; Good Girl Down and Elevated are songs that all woman should listen to. Good Girl Down is a hip song that can you can plat at any event and it will get you on your feet. Most importantly this song has an amazing message telling the audience no matter what calamity you are faced with, you must 'stand or you will fall'. Elevated is one of my favorites!Very reminiscent of Jill Scott this song is. Dr E. emphasizes the aquired power to "change her destiny" and become what she envisioned herself to be. Lastly, Let Me Clear My Throat is a humorous melody about a man who is not doing the job of being a partner very well. This one is a song you can really vibe to.Play it in the car, the poetry lounge, jazz spot or getting ready in the morning. Dr. E has an amazing voice and makes beautiful music. You have a lifelong fan!
