Album Notes

Deanna Reuben has recently released her 2nd album entitled, “On Life and Love.” Featured on this recording, are two originals entitled "Here in the Night," and "How Do You Measure Love?" - haunting, beautiful ballads composed by Deanna in collaboration with Marty Mellinger.
With her clarion, warm vocals, she will mesmerize you with her sensual ballads and energize you with her upbeat rhythms. She will feature her “Best of the Best” stellar jazz sextet, plus seven beautiful strings.

Her first CD, “The Look of Love,” has since earned rave reviews in “Jazz Improv” and “All About Jazz.com.” She enjoys an international distribution as well as national radio play.

In her earlier years as a classical singer, she has performed with prominent organizations in several venues such as Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, Wolf Trap, and several Embassies in Washington, DC.

She is not only a talented singer, but a musician with years of experience as a voice teacher, choral director, composer and lecturer.

Excellent choices for music. Larry McKenna was great. It would have been a better CD if he played on all tracks.
