Album Notes
Drew Bentley is a guitarist/ songwriter, who's music fuses rock , blues and jazz. While Drew's full legnth debut solo album is being completed, he has released four finished tunes. With an excellent supporting cast, featuring John Brainard on drums, and Matt McClintock on bass, these songs are played passionately and precisely. The blues rockers "Fork In The Road" and "Little Games", both feature a signiture riff, and multiple guitar solos. These songs are trio based, but have weaving second rhythm guitar parts. You and Me (First Dance) is an acoustic ballad, featuring, vocals, classical guitar, steel string acoustic guitar, fretless bass, and percussion. A Bird's Eye View (Version 2) is a solo acoustic piece. Fans of guitar-centric songwriting, and genre blending rock, should appriciate these songs. The first Drew Bentley full lenghth album, with ten additional songs( six instrumental- jazz/rock/blues , and four vocal) will be available soon.
