I have been a guitar player most of my life, but it was my involvement with the Mountain Gorilla Veterinary Project that motivated me to put some music together and record it. I consider this a very unique project, a collection of music form various places that just made sense in regards to being put on one CD. Personal favorites that make you smile as well as feel sad, a memorable piece from Peter Jackson's remake of "King Kong", a haunting tribute to the late great Dian Fossey and one of the best performances ever done with a slide guitar on Billy Stapleton's interpretation of "Amazing Grace".
