A new spin on comedy-hip hop. We're a couple of wild dudes dropping those absurd, risque, yet "borderline genius" lyrics. In a genre where laughs are the goal, our production quality is so exceptional, it's ridiculous.

"Slime Technology" is Drinking From The Fire Hose's 3rd album after 6 years in the rap game. Since 2001 we've been keeping it real, most of the time.
"Slime Technology" has the feel of a Tenacious D album. Witty and quite often obscenely funny, our rapping is not on its surface a direct parody of mainstream rap. Instead of being gangster, we blend the absurd and dirty with constant wordplay, coming up with a parody style all our own.
Featured on "Slime Technology" is "Lightning Hands", the theme song to the mocumentary RAP GAME: THE FALL AND RISE OF DRINKING FROM THE FIRE HOSE, a 70 minute film starring the band.
Also featured on "Slime Technology" is "A Dwarf Hunter Named Wedge", the 1st place award winning song of Blizzcon05's Original Song Contest. This World of Warcraft themed jam has helped spread the popularity of Drinking From The Fire Hose.
As a note, Blizzard Entertainment held a second Blizzcon (07) in which Drinking From The Fire Hose entered again a new World of Warcraft themed rap "Dwarf Killa" which won 2nd place and can be heard on our myspace page at the link to the bottom left.
