Well-regarded French blues combo Dr. Pickup stays busy with a full schedule of gigs in Paris and throughout northern France. "Georgia Skyline" is an all-acoustic outing featuring the versatile singer/guitarist Bruce Stringkiller and his colleague Michel Parizet (who handles acoustic guitar, bass, keyboard & vocals for this project). Together, the two cast a spell with twelve intriguing originals and one cover (a sweet rendition of "Wabash Blues"). Warm, heartfelt, and mellow, "Georgia Skyline" shows another side of this rockin' band; a cool and classy set of tunes perfect for a drive through the Southern countryside.
