D handles Media Relations and Promotions for WomenNPower International Ministries Network, NPower™ Records & Entertainment, Randy L. Nelson Productions and Multiculural Women's Council, Inc. She has 25 years experience creating exciting and informative communications for distribution to massive audiences. She prepares and distributes press releases, event flyers, video scripts for a professional non-profit organization, and has developed quarterly retirement newsletters, bulletin board notices and edited web site text for a major corporation. She has written articles for several newspapers. She also writes articles for “STAND,” “Faith N Soul News Magazine,” and Gospel Truth News-Houston newspaper and has participated in the development of radio and television programming and interviews.

D worked in Employee Benefits preparing Summary Plan Descriptions booklets for U.S. and Canadian defined benefit, defined contribution and 40l (k) retirement plans for review by Senior Management; and developed retirement program instruction booklets for 30,000 employees and plan participants including coordinating printing and distribution projects.

D enjoys volunteer opportunities and holds a position on the national staff of several major non-profit organizations: National Black Public Relations Society Houston, Community Relations Committee Chair; National Public Relations Director, Marketing Representative for Professional Black Women’s Enterprises, Inc., National Association of Black Female Executives in Music and Entertainment (NABFEME) Regional Director Houston Gulf Coast area, and Multicultural Women’s Council PR. She is affiliated with Women Wealth Builders, Black Writers Alliance, Christian Poets, American Christian Writers Association and Inspirational Writers Alive! She is also a member of ASCAP, American Society of Composers Authors and Publishers.

Minister D Tyler Brown is Founder and Executive Director of Inspirations of Hope Global Ministries. Her ministry has been speaking to the hearts of people since May 1999. She is an anointed gifted teacher and utilizes gifts of the Spirit to accomplish the work of the Lord. She recites poetry and prose and speaks powerful words of exhortation as a minister, conference speaker, teacher and spiritual empowerment workshop facilitator. She published her first book titled "Inspiration of Hope Unlimited, Volume I, a Collection of Inspirational Devotionals and Poetic Exhortations" published by 4 Hope Unlimited Publishing Company. D produced a gospel spoken word musical CD titled "Inspirational Soul Gospel Poetry" or Inspirational Gospel Spoken Word. Her company Split Water Records is the distributor. D graduated from University of Louisiana Monroe, receiving a BBA, and also graduated from Southwestern Paralegal Institute, and attended South Houston Bible Institute. Received her minister's license through WomenNPower International Ministries Network and FulGospel Bible College Seminary in 2006.
