Dermot Hussey - Program Director XM Radio 101
It's amazing !!! I had THE Dubber album in a pile of things to listen to, but didn't do so for a while. When I did, I was pleasantly surprised because THE Dubber had something different. He have a nice reggae feel crossed with the blues. And his guitar sounds...amazing.

J. Cooper - Columbia's freetimes Aug 23-29 2006
THE Dubber (aka Breath) takes his cue from poet Robert Frost and takes the road less traveled to desend upon Columbia, offering an alternative-yet delectable dish of musical euphoria in a pot filled with acoustic reggae seasoning. Same great taste, but without the over-processed fluff and filler of current pop radio.

The Dubber
Kevin Oliver - Columbia's freetimes Dec 13-19 2006
THE Dubber is a Washington,D.C., musician with roots in funk and hip-hop from his years in Los Angeles. His more recent work is anchored in the worldview and sounds of reggae, taking the socio-political side of Bob Marley melding it with the contemporary spin of The Roots. He calls his music "urban folk," and there's more than a little Gil-Scott Heron or Richie Havens in what he does with an acoustic gutiar.

NWO Reviews 7-2007
- From the alpha to the omega In the Temple of..
Is a timeless classic.
First impressions make you aware that an incomparable artist has taken his position in time. THE Dubber treats listeners to a hypnotic, prophetic and soulful display of acoustics and lyricism. Traces of Simon & Garfunkle mixed with Misty in Roots emerge into a musical world view. A mystical mix of acoustics holds your full attention throughout each track. The instrumentals alone are fantastic. Add songs like Don't fear dem, Original rock star, baby, Where..., Crazy, Proceed with caution!!!, and Cry and you've got a classic release simple waiting for a world stage. It was fresh for 2003. It's on fire in 07. My advice, Get this now, then pre-order the sophomore CD. The exclusive samples of CD 2 we've heard match the rumors you've heard. Stay tuned...
