Album Notes

Thanks for checking out Duncan's Nephew!

This album is definitely classic rock style. That's not by design, it's just the way it comes out. And, the songs are brand new and original. Duncan's Nephew doesn't sound like anyone in particular, and in fact, the style of the band is very original. However, it's reminiscent of the music from the 'Bristish Invasion' days. "I write songs that I would like to hear on the radio or my stereo and I play them like I like to hear rock and roll played....big guitar sounds, powerful drum beat, and melodic vocals", said Chuck Loucks.

The album is thirteen original songs. A couple of them were written in the 70's and the rest came about over the years. Some were written recently just for this CD.

Players include:

Mark Reinig - Drums
Chuck Loucks - Rhythm, bass, acoustic guitars, and background vocals.
Teddy Paxson - Lead guitar and Keyboards.
Austin Howell - Lead and background vocals.

Other Players:

Jon Kluiter - Not only played some tremendous lead guitar parts on three of the songs, but who was instrumental (no pun intended) in getting this project off the ground.
Patricia Qvern - Background vocals.
Bill Patterson - Lead and background vocals on four songs.

Thanks again!
