Duo Musaikón
The philosophy behind the musical project of the Musaikón Duo is inherent in its very name: the Greek word µουσαικόν [mosaic], which could be understood under a wider meaning of "patient work worthy of the Muses". Indeed the Duo’s basic inspiration was to develop an original repertoire for the two instruments comprising precious musical "tesserae" placed next to each other in harmonious order to form a whole multicoloured picture.
