Album Notes

Strong Believers Crashing is the third release from this Irish born singer-songwriter. The album was recorded in the second half of 2003 and features 6 brand new songs in O'Tuama's "powerful and evocative style".

The songs on this CD are as influenced by his adopted New York City home as they are by his Irish upbringing. The mixture of cultures provides a colorful backdrop to the introspective lyrics and uplifting melodies.

Apart from David Donnell on harmonica, all the music was written and performed by O'Tuama.

In 1996 O'Tuama released the much lauded "Down With A Smile" on the Irish CBM label. The CD featured artists such as Win Horan and Seamus Egan from SOlas and was produced by Greg Anderson of Whirligig. In 2001 The Eamon O'Tuama band recorded "Behind Every Life" and received national critical acclaim for the 12 song disc of high energy Irish rock songs.

In 2003 Eamon O'Tuama brought his music to the New York based Irish rockers, The Prodigals. O'Tuama is a vocalist/guitarist with the popular group and performs over 150 shows a year across the United States and Europe.

REVIEWS
