Easter - "Molt"
author: Brian Lewis
i really dig the raw, stripped-down nature of two-person bands and easter are no exception ... this band seemingly came out of nowhere ... easter combine styles such as noise, rock, metal, & hardcore, all with a punkish no-frills attitude ... "Molt" is a vicious 8-song attack ... this is some seriously noisy loud rawkus ... if you don't mind losing some of your hearing capabilities, give this album a spin or two or sixty ... these two dudes definitely do not fool around in the "bring-it-on" department... i hear elements of bands like godheadsilo, karp, melvins (just to name a few) .... so if you like any of those bands or dig really loud no b.s. noisy rockmetalpunkhardcore then buy this cd, you won't be disappointed....
