ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Nearly two years after recording Unusual Customs, the EWQ finally made its way back into the studio to record "The Brooklyn EP" featuring five new original songs. With all the band members finally living in the same city, the music reflects the evolution of the group and the inspiration it has been given by the thriving music scene of New York.

Really memorable pop-inflected jazz with plenty of depth.
A really fun band, with memorable tunes that stick in my head for weeks. Sometimes reminiscent of a jazzier Ben Folds Five, this is a CD to check out for fans of all music.

My favorite Brooklyn jazz group! Yet another triumph!
My favorite Brooklyn jazz group! Yet another triumph! I love addition of rhodes on this EP and the composition are stellar.
