Echo Beach has performed throughout the Western U.S. since 1991.

Live, we play jazz standards by Mingus, Miles, Shorter, Oliver Nelson, Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays, and more. The group's sound travels the distance between the Latin jazz period of Cal Tjader to the guitar-led sound of Wes Montgomery in various settings, to more modern shadings from funk, pop and our original compositions (one original, "Delicate Creature" received a "Radio Quality" award in the Billboard Songwriting Contest).

It's a CD you find yourself humming to throughout the day!

I recently purchased two copies of this CD. One I kept for myself and the other I gave to a drummer friend of mine for a Christmas present. He loved it and so do I.  Echo Beach is catchy, funky and I find myself humming their songs throughout the day. When you wake up humming Cal's Pals, you know it's gonna be a good day!

Whew! I have to sit down. I've been dancing around listening to this great...local band called Echo Beach...Man, I love those vibes! This is great cocktail party music...Get their CD...I was feeling pretty down before I put this CD on just now and it cheered me up within the first few notes.
