Music History:
Eddie GM, an accomplished pianist, arranger, composer, singer & producer, is often referred to as a "musician's musician," He played his first piano notes while he was only 3 1/2 years old. At the age of 7, he was enrolled in The Detroit Conervatory of Music for formal Classical Music studies under the strict direction of his senior European Professor. Additional private studies were with renown Jazz, Gospel, Blues, Folk professional musicians. While still 7 years old, "Little Eddie" was also hired as official church pianist. Around age 11, he organized a singing group with which he played, directed and sang.

During these early years, an emerging record company, Motown, began recording a project featuring "Little Eddie."
As a minor, permission to proceed nedded consent from his parents and their signature. When parents refused, the project was never completed nor released.
Years later, However, Eddie recorded his legendary album at Motown accompanied by Motown musicians arrangers and engineers. This monumental recording turned out to be the final session recorded in Detroit's Motown studio, prior to their move from Detroit to California.

Eddie has played and recorded with a number of legendary groups. Among them,The Original Motown Band (The ‘Funk Bros.’ of Detroit), The David Letterman Band (New York), James Brown Band & others.
