Great songwriting resonating with emotional honesty paired with great unembelli
author: Nora Daniel
I would have never heard of this artist were it not for his involvement as one of the many revolving musians playing with the Saints...and anything Chris Bailey would embrace was good enough for me to check out. I was not disappointed. I loved the lyrics to all of the songs...a real heartfelt emotional openess along with a great and wide spectrum of tuneful music...some you want to dance around the room to (That Dress You Used to Wear) some you want to reflect with (Mother Mercy, Welcome to My World). I really enjoy an artist that expresses this kind of range. Another example of a great talent that deverves to be heard but has not had any exposure here in the States.
